অনুপস্থিতি এবং রিফান্ড নীতি: আমাদের অনলাইন অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট সিস্টেমে বুকিং সম্পন্ন করার পর, রোগী যদি নির্ধারিত তারিখ ও সময়ে ডাক্তারের চেম্বারে উপস্থিত হতে ব্যর্থ হন, তবে পরিশোধিত টাকা (পেইড অ্যামাউন্টটি) সম্পূর্ণ অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-refundable)। এই ক্ষেত্রে বুকিংটি অন্য কোনো সময়ে স্থানান্তর (Reschedule) বা টাকা ফেরত পাওয়ার কোনো সুযোগ থাকবে না।
No-Show & Refund Policy: If the patient fails to visit the doctor at the scheduled appointment date and time, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
